Yes, our in-house therapy department is fully staffed with experienced and well-qualified therapists who share the same goal of providing the highest level of therapy services available. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
Do you have a secured unit for residents who are at risk for elopement?
Yes, our secured unit is staffed with professionals who specialize in the care of residents with diagnoses, such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, and bipolar disorders. Each resident has a personalized plan of care, as well as an activities program that is based on each individual’s specific needs.

Our scheduling department works tirelessly to ensure that there is always more than the required number of staff to properly take care of our residents.

We have very skilled and dedicated kitchen staff members who greatly value the quality of the food they prepare for our residents.
Do you allow visitation?
At this time, we do allow visitation. At Country Lane Gardens, we stay up-to-date with the most recent guidance of all state and federal agencies to ensure we follow all required policies including visitation.
