Our Team

Administrator – Bill Tumblin

I started my healthcare career as a medic in the Army back in 2007. After honorably discharging from the Army, I stayed in the medical field and pursued a career as a nurse. I worked as a nurse for almost seven years while I went to school and earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. After receiving my degree, I became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, which is what I do and love today.

Director of Nursing – Andrea Smith

I graduated from Ohio University and began my career as an RN in 2009. I continued at Ohio University to obtain my BSN and then obtained my MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University.  I have worked mainly in long-term care, started as a floor nurse on a skilled unit, and was promoted to management. I became a unit manager/ADON in 2012 then was promoted to ADON in 2015. I became a DON in 2017. My career has also included hospital care, public health nursing, and home health. I enjoy long-term care because I love working with the elderly and learning advice from them while providing their care. I have 2 children – a boy and a girl and 3 stepsons.
